My name is Teddie and I am from East London.
Why did you decide to do the course?
​I wanted to do the course as I was keen to learn about customer service as this is beneficial to me and will help me with future roles.
What did the course involve?
The course involved in depth training in customer service and preparing me to find a full-time job.
What have you gained from undertaking the course?
​I have gained so much information, I couldn’t possibly put it all into words. The main thing that I have gained is how to apply great customer service no matter the situation. I feel confident and reassured with the new skills that I have gained. They are transferable between different employers, and I feel like I will be an asset to an employer now.
What impact has the course made to your life?
It has really helped with my confident and has provided me with a qualification I did not have. This will help me stand out from the crowed.
How did JIF Training support you during your programme?
JIF supported me lots. Robert or Bob as he prefers to be called spent a lot of time supporting me with my workbook. He made it feel like I was learning without learning if that makes sense. He was very approachable and the one to one sessions were very beneficial. Bob went out of his was and taught me a lot from his many years doing the job.
How would you rate JIF Training?

What are your plans now after completing the course?
I have had some interviews for really exciting jobs locally. JIF supported me in applying for them and have helped me to get the interviews.
