My name is Jamie, I am 24 years old, and I live in Northampton. I enjoy gaming and going to the gym.
Why did you decide to do the course?
I chose to do the course as I wanted to gain new skills to help me find work as I was unemployed.
What did the course involve?
The course involved various training. This included customer service, time management and confidence skills. JIF Training also supported me with my CV and interview skills.
What have you gained from undertaking the course?
I have gained confidence and the ability to contribute and be a valued asset amongst a team.
What impact has the course made to your life?
The course made me realise that I can find work and actually get work. Since completing the course I have found work and now earn a good income with real career prospects.
How did JIF Training support you during your programme?
The staff at JIF are very supportive. I feel like they went the extra mile to make sure I had support and explained the questions in ways that met my own individual learning style. They enabled me to use their training rooms and IT equipment to do my work.
How would you rate JIF Training?
JIF are a great training provider and very learner focused. The course was delivered how it was sold to me during my initial conversations when I first heard about the course opportunity.
What are your plans now after completing the course?
As mentioned, I am now employed. This course helped me to find employment and I plan to continue working hard and being the best version of myself to do well.
